The Story Behind Pink Crush by Lyn

Lyndsey

In October of 2012, we lost our 27 year old daughter to Ewings Sarcoma-a rare and aggressive cancer. I love working with my hands and needed a way to remember her and to contribute to Sarcoma research-that is how Pinkcrush was born. Lyndsey was a girly girl who loved the color pink and all that glitters, hence the name. Pinkcrush was her email handle. What better way to put my energy and sorrow to a good cause, then to make jewelry and donate a portion of all proceeds to Sarcoma research? My wish is to be able to make a difference, however large or small, and to remember Lyndsey in the process. The jewelry designs come from my imagination, as do the colors used. I hope you like what you see. If you see something you like, but not the color, feel free to contact me and I will make the color you want. I am sure Lyndsey is watching me and liking what she sees. She would approve, I’m sure.

About me
